**What is Sp3ndPay?**\
A crypto checkout layer for buying from Amazon and eBay with Solana payments.

**Do I need an account?**\
No. Wallet-based checkout without account creation.

**Which marketplaces are supported?**\
Amazon and eBay.

**Which countries can I ship to?**\
48+ countries, depending on product restrictions.

## Payments

**Which tokens can I use?**\
SOL, USDC, and USDT.

**Which wallets work?**\
Any Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Ledger).

**Do I need to connect wallet to preview?**\
No. Preview products before connecting wallet.

**Is Sp3ndPay custodial?**\
No. You approve payments from your own wallet.

**Will you ask for my seed phrase?**\
Never. If someone does, it's a scam.

## Orders

**How do I track my order?**\
Use your order ID (SP3ND-XXXXXX) on the tracking page.

**I lost my order ID. What now?**\
Check your email for the tracking link.

**How long does delivery take?**\
Domestic: 3-7 days. International: 7-21 days.

**Can I cancel my order?**\
Contact support immediately. May be possible before processing.

## Privacy

**What data do you collect?**\
Only delivery info needed for fulfillment: address, phone, email, wallet address.

**Do I need KYC?**\
Not for orders under \$10K.

**What is wallet screening?**\
Automated checks against OFAC sanctions lists. Required for compliance.
